CaliPro Cleaning Solutions is a family-owned residential and commercial cleaning company based at 27260 Los Altos, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, serving Mission Viejo and surrounding Orange County communities.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, property type and size, preferred dates, access instructions, and any notes you send us by web form, WhatsApp, phone, text or email.
Payment information: when you pay for a service we process the transaction through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Technical information: basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type, browser and approximate region, collected to keep the site working and to understand which services people look for.
Job records: cleaning checklists, before/after photos of the areas we cleaned (only with your permission), and service history so we can deliver consistent results on repeat visits.
3. How we use your information
To prepare and send your free quote, schedule visits, and confirm or reschedule appointments.
To provide the cleaning service, assign the right team, and keep accurate records of what was done.
To process payments, issue receipts and handle disputes or refunds.
To answer questions, respond to complaints and follow up on our satisfaction guarantee.
To send service reminders and, only if you ask for them, occasional promotions. You can opt out at any time.
To meet legal, insurance, tax and safety obligations.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your information because it is necessary to provide a service you requested, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because you gave us consent (for example, marketing messages or publishing photos of your space).
Providing your information is voluntary, but without it we cannot quote or perform a cleaning.
5. WhatsApp, calls and messaging
Our quote forms and buttons open a WhatsApp conversation or a phone call. When you contact us that way, the message content and your phone number are shared with the messaging provider under their own privacy terms.
Calls and messages may be kept as a record of your instructions, quotes and confirmations.
6. Sharing your information
We never sell or rent your personal information.
We share it only with people and companies that help us operate: our vetted, background-checked cleaning staff, our scheduling and payment providers, our insurance carrier when a claim is filed, and professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it.
Everyone who works with us is required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the purpose we shared it.
7. Photos of your property
We sometimes take before/after photos to document quality. Photos are used internally by default. We publish a photo of your home or business only with your explicit permission, and we never publish images that identify you, your address or personal belongings without asking first.
You may withdraw permission at any time and we will remove the image from our marketing materials.
8. Data retention
Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept up to 12 months. Service, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required by California and federal law, generally up to 7 years. Job photos are kept up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
9. Security
We limit access to your information to the staff who need it, protect our accounts with strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where available, and use encrypted connections for our website and payment processing.
No system is perfectly secure, so we also train our team to handle keys, alarm codes and access instructions with strict confidentiality.
10. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, ask for a copy of what we hold, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages.
California residents may also ask us to disclose the categories of personal information we collected and to whom we disclosed it, and may ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
